Quick Intense Pain...

Headaches of sudden onset can often be traced to a source such as bright light, cold foods, overworked arms and shoulders. These types of causes are generally not concern for alarm and, if the source is removed, the headaches go away. Sudden-onset headaches can also occur when you turn your head, lift something you’ve lifted many times before, or something as simple as exercise. This type of onset generally indicates something more serious may be wrong—cervical misalignment or cardiovascular problems.

While a common belief is that everyone has headaches, you really shouldn’t. Headaches are a symptom from your body saying that something isn’t right and you owe it to yourself to find out what is causing them.
